The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecological Nursing strives to provide high-quality instruction to students to equip graduates and postgraduates with the skills and knowledge needed to provide comprehensive and all-encompassing nursing care to mothers and newborns, including those with gynaecological issues. This is necessary for them to work and perform independently as midwives in a variety of healthcare settings. In addition to fostering interdisciplinary learning and research, the department guarantees practice-based learning and supports student research in the fields of women’s health, reproductive health, high-risk pregnancy, and newborn care.
